23 JANUARY 2019

The Tribunal concluded that it did not have jurisdiction to hear an appeal from a decision of the Superintendent of Insurance imposing terms and conditions on a life, accident and sickness agent licence.

11 JANUARY 2019

The Tribunal examined the Superintendent of Insurance’s standing and participatory rights in an appeal of her decision to the Tribunal.

5 DECEMBER 2018

The Tribunal denied the Superintendent’s request to adjourn the hearing because time was of the essence in the appeal due to the appellant being unable to work because of the conditions placed on his licence.
